A very special thank you to Jason Bourne, whose floppy disk that he sent me from Australia not only contained saved pages from all the way back to 9/11/00, but also some ingenious ideas for graphs and charts. I've taken many of his original ideas and added extra points, players, and colors to give you what you see here today. Enjoy!
These are the total points of some of the top PD players in the Elite over the past several months. The first points on the chart are the point totals from September 11, 2000. There is then a new point maybe twice every month, leading up to the latest.
And this is a graph of the total times of the fastest players. As you can see, the first points are from September 1, 2000, leading up to their current totals. Vertically, the numbers are their total times in minutes. So 120 is the infamous 2 hour mark, 110 is 1:50:00, ect. (This graph is no longer updated.)
And now, this is the graph of The Perfect Dark Elite's
total combined time. It begins on Sept. 11 of 2000 with our total at 1:57:00
even, and there's one point from the middle of each month from that point on.
Just for kicks, I created another graph for the Goldeneye World Rankings, which dated back to the start of October. However, I have passed the torch, and this GE graph is now being updated by GE legend Garrett Sellati. Give it a look.
